TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

Payment
- All prices in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Payment must be done WITHIN 24 hours upon receipt of the Order Confirmation email.
- InterBank or ATM Transfers for DBS and POSB only.
- We'll be using Paypal for all credit card payment. However, please note that an additional 3.4% will be incurred to the total bill.
- Prices are inclusive of normal mail postage.
- We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.

Delivery
Normal Mail
- Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by SingPost. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Price on website is inclusive of normal mail postage, unless otherwise stated. Generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
Self-Collect / Meet-Up
- Self-collection will be at Woodlands Drive 73.
- Meet-up will be possible but will be done at our convenience and location.
Ta-Q-Bin
- An additional S$5.00 will be incurred for use of Ta-Q-Bin.  Package will be delivered directly to your doorstep and a tracking number will be made available.
- In case of unsuccessful delivery, buyer may call Ta-Q-Bin to re-arrange for delivery at a convenient time.
* We strongly recommend buyer to either opt for Self-Collect/Meet-Up or Ta-Q-Bin delivery to reduce the risk of lost mail.  Please note that TLD will not be responsible for lost package regardless of delivery by normal mail.

Packing
- Items will be delivered with the Original Birkenstock box.

Warranty of Goods/Services
- All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
- Colors and cutting of products may differ slightly due to the different batches produced by different countries manufactured.

Cancellation of Orders
- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
- We will send an e-acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful order submission.

Exchange & Refunds
- All goods sold are non-refundable.
- Stock is subject to Factory stock availibility on the date of pre order closed. If it is out of stock, we will fully refund the payment.
